July 30, 2025 — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced a voluntary recall of certain High Noon Beach Variety 12-packs after a labeling error led to some cans being filled with vodka seltzer instead of the intended non-alcoholic Celsius Astro Vibe energy drink.
The mislabeling occurred when a shared packaging supplier mistakenly sent empty Celsius cans to High Noon, which were then filled with its vodka seltzer. The affected products were distributed to retailers in Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin between July 21 and July 23, 2025.
Consumers are advised to check their 12-packs for specific lot codes and UPCs to determine if their products are affected. The FDA emphasizes that consumption of the mislabeled cans may result in unintentional alcohol ingestion, posing potential health risks, especially for individuals who avoid alcohol for medical, religious, or other reasons.
