Colombo, July 31, 2025 — Samsung Sri Lanka has announced the launch of its new ‘Exclusive Easy Pay’ programme, an initiative aimed at making the latest Galaxy smartphones and tablets more affordable and accessible to a wider audience across the country.
The new payment plan enables customers to purchase Samsung devices without a credit card, guarantor, or large upfront payment. Monthly instalments begin as low as Rs. 3,530, and buyers can choose repayment periods ranging from 3 to 24 months.
Developed in partnership with John Keells Office Automation (JKOA), fintech firm Helios, and Alliance Finance Company (AFC), the plan is designed to simplify the purchasing process. Customers can apply online, receive approval within 24 hours, and collect their device with just a single visit to a showroom.
The programme covers Samsung’s entire Galaxy product range, including flagship models such as the Galaxy S25 Ultra and the Galaxy Z Fold series. Each device sold under the plan includes a company-backed warranty, with up to two years of complimentary screen replacement.
SangHwa Song, Managing Director of Samsung Sri Lanka, said the initiative is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and inclusivity. “We believe cutting-edge technology should be within reach for everyone. Exclusive Easy Pay helps us fulfil that promise by removing common financial barriers.”
Executives from JKOA, Helios, and AFC praised the programme’s potential to support financial inclusion and digital adoption in Sri Lanka. The simplified payment structure and multiple repayment options—ranging from bank transfers to cash payments at select retail points—are expected to appeal particularly to first-time smartphone buyers and those in semi-urban and rural areas.
Samsung Sri Lanka confirmed that the Exclusive Easy Pay option is now available through authorised Samsung dealers islandwide.
